The traditional ruler of Awka-Etiti in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, HRM Igwe Chukwuma Angus Ojukwu, yesterday declared his intention to contest the November 18, 2017, governorship election in Anambra State. He declared his ambition under the platform of Mega Progressive Peoples Party (MPPP), said that Obiano’s visionless leadership informed his ambition to run, to replace the incumbent at the Agu-Awka Government House. He said that Governor Willie Obioano’s administration has not impacted on the lots of an average Anambrarian, been the need for change. “My objective is to bring light to Anambra State. It is time for light to shine in our state. This is what the present administration has not been able to do; I am poised to doing it”, he added.
