The Rector, Federal Polytechnic Auchi in Edo State, Dr Momodu Sanusi Jimah has said sex for marks and sorting of lecturers by students in the school has become a thing of the past but that on the contrary, lecturers are now dragging students to management for attempting to compromise them. Speaking to journalists on the school’s coming convocation ceremonies, Jimah said 245 students would be graduating with distinctions in the 2017/2018 session adding that graduates of the school can defend their grades anywhere in the world. He said; “The issues of sex for marks and sorting of lecturers are no longer there because recently, we have four cases on my table where four lecturers have reported students who attempted to influence them and the students on their own expelled themselves because they were invited to appear before a panel.
