We had Christmases and other festivities without any incidents of crime or violence. ELEVEN SUSPECTS ARRESTED FOR VANDALIZING EEDC PROPERTY

  A total of eleven suspected vandals have been arrested for attacking electricity installations belonging to the Enugu Electricity Distribution PLC (EEDC) across its network. A development which the Head, Corporate Communications of the company, Emeka Ezeh described as frustrating. Ezeh, in a release issued today (Tuesday) in Enugu, lamented on the impact which activities of these vandals have on the company’s operations, a situation that leaves electricity customers inconvenienced for weeks and the distribution company losing revenue while expending millions of Naira, replacing vandalized items. The Archbishop of Awka Diocese of the Anglican Communion, Bishop Alex Ibeziy on Sunday May 23, 2021at All Saints Parish, reconciled with Sir Izuchukwu Nwabueze during a church service where he called on Sir Izuchukwu Nwabueze and prayed for him, which has led to rest the squabble that existed between them recently. In continuation of his consultation with all the Local Governments in Imo state, Governor Hope Uzodimma has received Mbaitoli Local Government Stakeholders.
