Enugu electricity distribution company EEDC has lamented the destruction of it's Ogidi office by unidentified hoodlums masking under the pretence of freedom fighting. In a press release made avaliable to newsmen through the Head of communicatios of the company Mr Emeka Ezeh says "In the early hours of today, Monday, 16th May, 2022, at about 1.45am, the Ogidi District of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC) was set ablaze by unidentified criminal elements, leaving about 32 utility and operational vehicles all burnt, including other assets and equipment within the premises." The Head, Corporate Communications, EEDC, Mr. Emeka Ezeh, relayed this development through a release issued today.
