IMO INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT: THE CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF OWERRI/MBAISE/OBOWO/UMUAHIA ROAD

Looking at the Imo of today and yesterday, the comparison will rather leave you in a state of bewilderment as it concerns road construction and rehabilitation. This is because no government in Imo State has invested hugely in quality road construction like the shared prosperity government of Gov. Hope Uzodimma. “Khaki no be leather” is a clear explanation that although we have seen road been constructed in the past but make no mistake to say they are of good quality and durable as most of them if not all are now history as either acidic rain or torrential rainfall formed the basis of these abysmal outcome by previous administrations in the state. Gov. Hope Uzodimma and his shared prosperity government standing on the tripod of the 3R mantra initiative of Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Recovery has continued to prove his mettle as a government that focused towards bringing a paradigm shift in governance as it concerns road construction and rehabilitation in Imo state. WE ARE OBEDIENT TO APC AND NOT TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR ANY OTHER POLITICAL PARTY- UZODIMMA

The declarative statement made by Gov. Hope Uzodimma during the State APC Stakeholders meeting today may not be a child’s play but a strong determination to ensure that APC wins all elective offices from the state to the national level through members dedication and commitment. The Governor who said “WE ARE APC MEMBERS, WE ARE OBEDIENT TO APC NOT OBEDIENT TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR ANY OTHER POLITICAL PARTY” only shows the preparedness of the party ahead of 2023 to remain united and unshaken as well as work in line with the party’s directive which does not only promote cohesion of ideas but leads to victory. Contrary to the aggressive held opinion by a movement influenced by depraved, treacherous, compromised politicians who are out to service their self ego and mystify governance especially when their selfish interests are not threatened, Gov. Hope Uzodimma remains unperturbed as he is sure that for such politicians they will only end up leaving their followers in distraught without actions

IMO APC Leadership Dabacle: The true position

There are chatters about the party's position on the leadership of the Apc in Imo State inspite of the Clarification by the National publicity secretary of the party Mr Felix Mouka. To this end I have taken the pain to get the decision of the Supreme Court, let us even see what the court really said about this case. In the lead judgment on this case delivered by Justice Adamu Jauro and supported by other justices of the Supreme Court, the court held that the case by Mr Nwafor and his Co-travellers amount to " FORUM SHOPPING AND GROSS ABUSE OF COURT PROCESSES " It Further held that the Court of first instance sitting in Abuja  erred by assuming jurisdiction in a matter which did not happen within its jurisdiction (Abuja) but Imo State.
