BUHARI TO COMMISSION OWERRI-ORLU ROAD

All is now set for the official visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to Imo State, for the second time within a year. His visits, both the first and the second, all centered on commissioning of completed projects by the 3R Government of His Excellency, the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma.  Top on the list, is the commissioning of Owerri-Orlu road. A 36KM Federal road constructed by 3R Government to ameliorate the hardship its age-long deplorable status had caused on the residents and road users over the years. The road which transverse through six different Local Government Areas of Owerri Municipal, Owerri North, Mbaitoli, Njaba, Isu and Orlu, was built with dual carriage, drainage system on both sides and solar-powered illumination all through.  The contractor, Craneburg Construction Company, applied best of engineering designs on the project which now translate to the beauty complemented by all. PRINCE ALEX MBATA: A NIGHTMARE TO OPPOSITION PDP - IMO APC SCRIBE

The APC in Imo state has described the recent careless press statement from the PDP as unfortunate. In a press release made available to the press, the state publicity secretary of the APC in Imo state, Hon  Cajetan Duke stated that "The attention of the Hon. Macdonald Ebere, PhD led- All Progressives Congress, APC, Imo State has been drawn to another careless, irresponsible and utterly mischievous press statement credited to the tactless opposition PDP against the person of Imo East senatorial candidate, Prince Dr Alex Mbata." He stressed that its September 10, 2022, press release has really exposed the current fear and desperation of the Engr. Ugwu- led Ihedioha's faction of the opposition party in Imo State, the PDP.  In the apparently irrelevant release,  he said that the PDP, obviously more confused now than ever before, like  a headless dying fowl - making its last meaningless and uncoordinated move, demanded for the arrest and prosecution of Prince Alex Mbata (PAM)

GOV. UZODIMMA EXTOLS THE CHURCH AS THE MORAL COMPASS OF THE NATION

  Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State on Sunday welcomed and praised the Church for their sacred duty of serving as a moral compass for the nation by their prayers and efforts in the promotion of peace and unity. TRADERS ASSOCIATION COMMENDS EEDC FOR IMPROVED SERVICES

My attention has been drawn to the fact that Governor Uzodinma did not make such statement, and that the comments by an Arise New Anchor to the effect that Governor Uzondima made such a comment has been recanted. I Have tried to find the video where Governor Hope made the alleged statement but could not find it.  In the light of the foregoing, I have deleted the post. The comments I made in the post should be disregarded as inapplicable to Governor Hope Uzodinma as the facts on which they were made are false or at least unproven.  No one should be presented in bad light based on false or unproven facts. Journalists Decry Bad Condition Of Roads In Nnewi

Journalists practicing in Anambra State have called on Gov. Chukwuma Soludo to arrest the poor state of roads in and around the industrial town of Nnewi. The media practitioners under the aegis of the National Link Chapel of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Anambra Council made the call in a Communique  issued after their meeting on Aug. 24. The Chapel in the communique signed by Mr Tempest Ude, its chairman, condemned the total neglect of all the roads in Nnewi North inclusive of Federal, State and Local Government roads in the area.  It said the poor state of roads in Nnewi was affecting trade and commercial activities which Nnewi was known for negatively. YPP Aguata LGA Holds monthly meeting, commend Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on his giant strides in the area of infrastructural development.

The members of YPP in Aguata LGA on 28th August 2022 held it's monthly meeting to streamline affairs of the party in the LGA to further create an enabling environment for more vibrant and coordination among party members. The meeting which comprised of all the ward Chairmen in the LGA was held at Vonic Hotel Ekwulobia, Aguata LGA. It created an avenue for a level playing ground to sort out the issues within the party in the LGA. The  Acting Chairman of the YPP in Aguata Hon.
