Nwajiuba attends 5th & 6th Convocation of Federal University Dutsin Ma.

The Honorable Minister of State Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba today 27th November 2021, presided over the 5th & 6th Combined Convocation of the Federal University Dutsin Ma, Katsina State. While congratulating the graduands and the staff of the University, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba charged them to make good use of what they have learnt not just for their own benefit but also for that of the society they find themselves in. The Minister also commissioned some lecture blocks and the University Farm, where he expressed his delight with the school's ability to look inward and produce what the eat as well as sling to the public.  He encouraged students to take advantage of all platforms created by the Federal government to boost entrepreneurship and diversification from crude oil. IMO STATE GOVERNMENT RELEASES N114M COUNTERPART FUNDING FOR THE WALTERSMITH PETROMAN LTD PROJECTS ACROSS OIL PRODUCING COMMUNITIES

In fulfillment of an agreed memorandum, the Imo State Government through the Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (ISOPADEC), has released the counterpart fund of N114million for the Projects by WATERSMITH PETROMAN LTD in some Oil Producing Communities of the State. Prior to the release, the critical Stakeholders from all the affected Communities held series of meetings where it was resolved that the Money should be channelled to other Projects that will help in alleviating the sufferings of the People since some other Oil Companies Operating in the areas have taken over the Electrification of the Communities. Part of the projects includes the provision of adequate security of lives and properties in the area and to this, security check posts, operational vehicles and other necessities to facilitate an improved security network in these areas. PMS Scarcity Could Mean Price Hike, FENRAD Fears, Warns Federal Government and NNPC

IMO GOVERNMENT CONDEMNS KILLING OF A SOLDIER, BURNING OF HOUSES IN AWOMMAMMA

The Imo State Government in a press release made avaliable to newsmen has said that the goverment of Senator Hope Uzodinma is shocked and dismayed over the events of yesterday in Awommamma in Oru East local government area of the state. The minister of state for Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba has declared open the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Principals of Federal Unity Colleges. Customers of the Enugu Electricity Distribution PLC (EEDC) can now download their energy bills at their convenience right from the EEDC website using the newly introduced “Bill Download Portal”, and proceed to pay their bills without necessarily waiting to receive the physical copy of their bills. The initiative is a 24-hour customer support service introduced by the company as part of its ongoing automation processes aimed at achieving efficiency and improving customer experience. This service applies only to postpaid customers (both metered and unmetered), and enables them conveniently download their energy bills for payment, access their bill history for up to 6 months period, as well as monitor their energy consumptions. In addition, customers can also request for a new connection, lodge complaints and generate support tickets for tracking such complaints. Nwajiuba launches 2019 School Based Management Committee-School Improvement Programme (SBMC-SIP) Implementation in Gombe

The minister of state for Education Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba today at the Government House, Gombe, Gombe State, launched the 2019 School Based Management Committee-School Improvement Programme (SBMC-SIP) Implementation. This is in view of the gaps in school management, especially the gap between schools and host communities as well as parents and old student Associations The programme is however designed to create an avenue for all parties involved to contribute their quota towards improved school management for the good of students. Ex-PSC Boss, Simon Okeke Insists on Igbo Presidency in 2023

The former Police Service Commission Chairman, Chief Simon Okeke has insisted that the issue of having an Igbo man as the next President of Nigeria come 2023 is sacrosanct. He made this assertion recently in an interactive session with select Journalists in his Akatar Lodge residence in Amichi Anambra state.  Okeke averred that Igbo people of the South East extraction have sound materials for the position of the president, and urged Nigerians to give the South East the opportunity to serve the country in that capacity. “Since inception of this country, Nigeria has not had an elected president of the South East extraction. All other geographical zones have had their own fair share. This region has people, who if given the opportunity to become president, can turn the fortunes of the country around.
