APC Convention: Democracy In Action, Governor Uzodimma Declares

Imo State Governor, Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodimma and the Chairman, Technical Committee of the 2020 All Progressives Congress National Convention has described the atmosphere at the Eagles Square, FCT Abuja, venue for the convention as a textbook example of democracy in action. Hon. Sir Eloka Ikeh visit Obi Uruagu & Council

Hon.Engr Sir Clement Eloka Ikeh, a frontline politician and a member of the PDP in Nnewi North LGA, from Uruagu Quarter in Nnewi, who wants to fly the flag of the PDP for the state assembly seat of Nnewi state constituency has visited the Obi of Uruagu, Obi Afam Obi and elders of the council, to intimate them of his desire to represent Nnewi North LGA at the state house of assembly.  Speaking at the palace of Obi Uruagu, Obi Afam Obi, Hon. Eloka Ikeh said that he is coming out to make a difference and to change the already existing narratives which has bedeviled Nnewi North LGA for sometime now, which has made it impossible for Nnewi to get the needed dividends of democracy they have ever yearned for.    - As Court Gives Declaratory Judgment  The High Court sitting in Owerri has given a judgement that Dan Nwafor and Co were rightfully dissolved and should cease to parade themselves as Chairman and member of the Executive committee of the APC in Imo State. Delivering the judgement Suit No:HOW/745/2020, Justice T.N. Nzeukwu ordered that Dan Nwafor and Co by the declaration of the court should not parade or hold out themselves as Executive committee members of the party or function in any form or manner as such Executive Committee members. The court further ruled that Dan Nwafor and Co having duly and lawfully dissolved by the NWC of the party are hereby perpetually restrained from parading or holding out themselves or in any manner functioning as members of the Executive committee of the APC in Imo State. This judgement is coming at a time when the APC is building its house to come out formidable as one united party ahead of its Saturday 26th March, 2022 National Convention as instruc

Nwafor Orizu 23rd Memorial Anniversary: Hon Eloka Ikeh Celebrate Nwafor-Orizu describe him as a political sage.

Hon Sir Engr Eloka Clement Ikeh, a frontline member of the PDP in Nnewi North LGA, and an aspirant for Nnewi North state house of assembly has described the late Prince Abyssinia Akweke Nwafor Orizu  (17 July 1914 – 1999, as a Nigerian of Igbo origin who has made his mark in the history of Nigerian political sphere, as a doyen of politics. Sir, Eloka Ikeh made this known while interacting with Journalists on the side lines of the 23rd memorial anniversary of late Prince Abyssinia Akweke Nwafor Orizu.  He said " Honestly if this is the way people are being Celebrated, you will live your life well. If you saw the way the children where celebrating the man today, you will see that it's good for one to leave a good legacy. He lived a life worthy of emulation. I entered his archives and I saw everything about him because the children still preserved it to his shoes, clothes,shaving stick name it. By Ogu Bundu Nwadike, M.A "Uzodimma Borrowed Over N53b In Less Than A Year"! That was the title of the reaction by Imo PDP via their New Media Office to a supposed statement of debts by respective states in the federation. The statement went on with characteristic Imo PDP lamentation spree thus: "Imo State debt profile rose from N151. 31b to N205. 18b being an increase of N53. 87b just between October to December 2021"! According to the Imo PDP alarmist: "This does not include over N30b received from the Federation Account for the State and LG over the same period of 3 months. Cumulatively between October and December 2021, Imo received over N80b"! Imo Remains Peaceful Despite Failed attacks by the Enemies of the State

  Few days back, Imo state Governor; Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodimma was a guest on a live TV program; Politics today, a program aired by the Channels Television.  He made many statements of facts as it concerns the State.
