Senator Ubah Suspends Birthday Celebration, prays for adequate security situation in Anambara.

The senator representing Anambara South Senatorial District at the Senate, Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has suspended activities leading to his 51st birthday celebration coming up on the 3rd of September 2022. In a statement released by the senator, he said" My dear family, supporters, well-wishers and friends alike, As we draw closer to my 51st birthday anniversary, I wish to register my appreciation and convey my heartfelt gratitude to you all once again for your support and steadfastness in the cause of my journey so far." Journalists Decry Bad Condition Of Roads In Nnewi

Journalists practicing in Anambra State have called on Gov. Chukwuma Soludo to arrest the poor state of roads in and around the industrial town of Nnewi. The media practitioners under the aegis of the National Link Chapel of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Anambra Council made the call in a Communique  issued after their meeting on Aug. 24. The Chapel in the communique signed by Mr Tempest Ude, its chairman, condemned the total neglect of all the roads in Nnewi North inclusive of Federal, State and Local Government roads in the area.  It said the poor state of roads in Nnewi was affecting trade and commercial activities which Nnewi was known for negatively. The Chapel said so much man hour was lost to gridlock while so much money was lost to vehicle maintenance. YPP Aguata LGA Holds monthly meeting, commend Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on his giant strides in the area of infrastructural development.

The members of YPP in Aguata LGA on 28th August 2022 held it's monthly meeting to streamline affairs of the party in the LGA to further create an enabling environment for more vibrant and coordination among party members. The meeting which comprised of all the ward Chairmen in the LGA was held at Vonic Hotel Ekwulobia, Aguata LGA. It created an avenue for a level playing ground to sort out the issues within the party in the LGA. The  Acting Chairman of the YPP in Aguata Hon. Imo state government has dismissed attacks  by some uninformed and misguided elements over the lawful action of Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA), against Uche Onyeagocha's lawlessness.  It described the attacks  as uninformed, unwarranted and seditious.
