2023 EASTER MESSAGE TO IMO PEOPLE BY GOVERNOR HOPE UZODIMMA

  My Dear People of Imo state, I thank God almighty for another opportunity to deliver an Easter message to you as your Governor. Today, we are joining fellow Christians all over the world to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. It is indeed a unique day in the Christian calendar as It marks the liberation of mankind from bondage to freedom. As the Holy Bible said, God so loved the world, that he sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to suffer and die on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven to pave way for us to inherit eternal salvation. It should be instructive to us that our Lord, Jesus Christ, paid the supreme sacrifice for our salvation because of His love for us.  Therefore, as we celebrate Easter, we should reflect on his uncommon love for us which made him to willingly submit himself to shameful death so we can be saved. S/Court Judgement, Recognise Njoku As APGA Chairman, Okorie Tells INEC

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been told that it has a responsibility to comply with the clear judgement of the Supreme Court in line with its consequential orders as clearly spelt out in its enrolled order to recognize Chief Edozie Njoku as the authentic subsisting National Chairman of APGA. EEDC SENDS EASTER GREETINGS TO ITS CUSTOMERS

The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC) has used the occasion of the Easter celebration to felicitate with its customers, as they commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. In a statement issued on Thursday by the Head of Corporate Communications, EEDC, Mr. Emeka Ezeh, the company assured customers of its preparedness to provide technical support during the holiday period. He appealed to customers to remain safe and desist from any unsafe act that may result in electrical accident or fatality, urging them to leverage some of the smart electricity service technology introduced to ease their experience, such as the “EEDC Connect APP” which can be downloaded from Google Play Store.
