It has come to the attention of the media office of Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo (Overdose), CEO Wichtech Group and the leading Governorship Aspirant under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra, a poorly scripted and mischievous propaganda by faceless individuals ostensibly being prodded by political opponents of Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo who are visibly jittery of his impending victory in the APC governorship primary slated for Saturday June 26th, 2021. In a publication sighted in few mushroom news blogs which are well-known dens of fake and malicious news, the author alleged that Dr. Chidozie Nwankwo tendered a fake WAEC result ‘to bewitch INEC’. The APC in Anambra state is asking that they be given Govs Badaru, El Rufia, Prof Zulum or be given a man of impeccable character as chairman and members of Anambra state APC primary election committee of 2021... Hon Jideofor Ejimofor has petitioned the presidency and nwc in that direction and is insisting that the yet to be innaugurated nominated members are already compromised as innauguration has been suspended pending when a proper and new committee members are appointed and innaugurated Hon Jideofor Ejimofor insists that only a credible primary election will save APC from disintegrating. He called on the Presidency to look into the issues raised and address them accordingly.

The last has not been heard of the supposed Primary Election of the ruling APGA in Anambra state. There is palpable fear from the government and this has made them to refuse all Journalists including TVC, Channels, and all major daliy newspapers in the country from covering the event.  The NUJ Chairman in the state Comrade Emma Ifesinachi when contacted to speak on this was however dismayed that the ruling party in the state could take such decision, even against the backdrop of the several issues bedeliving the party in the state.  Many of the Journalists who spoke to Nigerian Notch, where however not happy about the insult melted out to them. They however wondered what they are hiding from them.

  The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the introduction of a portal to enable eligible Nigerians register as voters online before completing the exercise physically at designated centres nationwide. The portal was designed by INEC engineers and produced overseas. The commission is projecting to register 20 million new voters before the end of the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR). INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, said this was the first time voter registration was being handled partially online. Yakubu, who spoke at a quarterly meeting with media organisations, said the innovation is consistent with the “commission’s commitment to continue to deepen the use of technology in the electoral process in Nigeria”. The Honorable Minister of State Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba today received the Bulgarian Ambassador to Nigeria, H.E Yanko Yordanov. The visit is coming at the heels on a strong bilateral ties with the Bulgarian Goverment in relation to educational prospects between the two countries. The visit however was to discuss the Bilateral relationship between the two countries especially in the area of Education. Nigeria and Bulgaria already has bilateral scholarship agreement between the two countries. At the end of the meeting, there was a renewed commitment from both countries towards maintaining the cordial relationship between both countries especially in the aspect of Education.  Also in attendance was the Director Tertiary,  Federal Ministry of Education,  Hajia Rakiya Iliyasu and the Director, Federal Scholarship Board, Mrs Asta Ndajiwo.

In a widely shared short video, the Chief Executive Officer of Ibeto Group, Chief Cletus Ibeto (Omekannaya) and the Chief Executive Officer of Innoson Vehicles Manufacturing Company, Chief Innocent Chukwuma (Ifediaso Nnewi) urged Ndị Anambra to support Soludo who paid a visit to Chief Ibeto at his Nnewi residence. The Honorable Minister of State for Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba today was at the Award Ceremony on CODERINA 1st Lego League, 2021 Edition at the Main Conference Hall of the Federal Ministry of Education Abuja, Nigeria. The Honorable Minister was happy to announce the the infusion of coding in the school curricular to strengthen critical and computational thinking as a key skillset that students in secondary school education must have is a welcome development in school curriculum in the country.  Kingsley Moghalu on Monday said that Senate minority leader Eyinnaya Abaribe has endorsed him for the 2023 general elections.   No fewer than seven schools in Kebbi State had been shut down indefinitely in the aftermath of the attack on Federal Government College, FGC, Birnin Yauri, by suspected bandits, according to Isah Arzika, State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers, NUT. Mr Arzika told the News Agency of Nigeria on phone, on Saturday, that those affected were schools located on the frontlines of the areas prone to attacks by suspected bandits. He said that the government had directed all school principals to close any school which they believed were not safe, adding that police and vigilantes had also been deployed to the schools for monitoring and protection. “On these proactive measures, as you all know, we are part of the system. Because Principals are teachers, all the Directors at the Board are also teachers. It is the decision that we all took that is affecting us. “Government has given us an order and option to take any necessary action as far as our schools are concerned. That
