Governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today flagged of electronic membership registration exercise for the party in Anambra State. The governors, Godwin Obaseki of Edo State, Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State said the party flagged off the event in Anambra because of the November 6 gubernatorial poll in the state. The governors, led by Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State also assured victory for the party’s governorship candidate, Mr Valentine Ozigbo and his deputy, Mrs Azuka Enemo. The Residents of Abohah Ohi of Owerri West LGA of Imo state has called on the state government to urgently come to their aid to forestall possible breakdown of Public health and public order in their environment because of the activities of Mr. Osmond Nkeonye, who owns Good Hope Bread or Klaver concepts, whom the residents said has allowed waste from his fish farm to flood the road, which has also polluted their environment.  Narrating their ordeal, Mr.  Ndukaku Chimezie who was named after the close, said that their pleas to the owner of the fish pond to find a way to dispose his waste properly has felled on deaf ears.
