NWAJIUBA COMMENCES SUPERVISION OF WASSCE IN UNITY COLLEGES.

The Honourable Minister of State for Education Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba has undertaken the supervision of the ongoing West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) at Federal Science and Technical College Uyo the Akwa Ibom State Capital.

Performing the supervision exercise, the Honourable Minister commended the conduct of the external examination and called for cooperation between stakeholders in the Education Sector for optimal productivity all levels of academics.

Earlier while receiving the Honourable Minister to FSTC Uyo, the Principal of the College Mrs. Gogo Dinah expressed delight at the visit of the Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba and assured of their commitment to give in their best in the educational Sector.

The Honourable Minister was accompanied on the supervision exercise by officials from WAEC Zonal office in Uyo.

Federal Polytechnic Oko Holds Two-Day Recruitment Interview to Address Staff Shortages

The Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, has begun a two-day interview exercise aimed at recruiting qualified personnel to fill vacant positions arising from staff retirements and other forms of exit from service. The exercise commenced on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and is being overseen by the Rector, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie, who personally announced the names of shortlisted candidates.
