FUNMDA PRESIDENT DIES MYSTERIOUSLY AS FUNMDA’S ELECTION IS SUSPENDED PENDING BURIAL OF ITS LATE PRESIDENT
The Fairly Used and New Motorcycle dealers association(FUNMDA) in Nnewi was thrown into panic as its chairman, Sir Victor Oguama, was reported to have died, without having any aliment last Friday morning, which sent shivers down the spine of fellow traders in the market. In an emergency meeting conducted on Monday morning to officially inform traders in the market of the development, Chief Dozie Akudolu (Iroko) the Vice Chairman of South East Amalgamated traders association said that the constitution of FUNMDA, abhors vacuum, and that, was what necessitated the meeting. He said the Vice President of (FUNMDA) Mr. Paul Uchedife, has been mandated by the constitution of the association to take over as acting president pending the election of another president. He therefore as the apex market leader present, suspended the election and its process, until the late President Sir Victor Oguama is laid to rest.
