Media mogul, Raymond Dokpesi, has said that he is still consulting in his bid to run for the national chairmanship position of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the December 9 national convention. The owner of DAAR Communication made this known yesterday in a media chat with journalists in Abuja He maintained that the party has zoned the chairmanship position to the entire South and the race is open to everyone from the region. “The concept and idea of zoning is to ensure that there is fairness and equity in the sharing of party offices. On October 9, Aisha Buhari, the wife of President Muhammadu Buhari,  revealed she recently fell sick and against all advice, refused to go to London to receive treatment. Mrs Buhari, while speaking at the stakeholders meeting on Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn Child, Adolescent Health and Nutrition (RMNCAH+N) said that she was recently forced to visit a hospital owned by foreigners when she fell sick. The leadership of MASSOB in Anambra state has called on the government of Anambra state, lead by Chief Wille Obiano to direct Justice Otti,of Ogidi  High court to henceforth release their members who have been held in detention without trial for the last 4 years. Chief Arinze Igbani made this call recently at Ekwulobia, where he led other MASSOB members to a protest march, which was peaceful to ensure that their members who has been held captive without trail in various prisons in the state are released. More protests have continued to greet the continued incarceration of the chairman of the Capital Oil and Gas Industries Ltd, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, who has been in the detention cell of the Department of State Services (DSS) since May 6.
