Igwe Orizu charges Nnewi youths to be of good behavior

The Traditonal ruler of Nnewi in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Igwe Kenneth Orizu III, has called on youths of the community to eschew violence and antisocial activities, for the betterment and continued development of the community and Anambra State. The monarch gave the advice, today during the inauguration of newly elected executive committee of Otolo-Nnewi Youth Forum, in Nnewi North Local Government Area of the state, with Ofoma Emeka as president. Orizu, who decried the spate of insecurity, killings and abduction in Anambra and Nigeria in general, called on the newly elected youth forum executives to be good ambassadors of the community in particular, and Anambra State in general. FG reaffirms commitment to growth, development of MSMEs

Amb. Mariam Katagum, the Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment says the Federal Government is committed to the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for enhanced contribution to national economy. The minister made this known at the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between Nigeria Entrepreneurs Forum (NEF) and the Organisation of Women in International Trade (OWIT) on Friday in Abuja. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the presidents of the two bodies signed the MoU at the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment (FMITI). The MoU is for data and information sharing for joint implementation of women related projects, training and funding for women owned enterprises as well as policy advocacy, among others. Ukpo Youths pass vote of no Confidence on Youth Leader

  ~ calls for his immediate removal Some concerned Youths in Ukpo, Dunukofia LGA of Anambra state has passed a vote of no Confidence on there Youth Leader Ilokolobia Cornelius Chigozie, because of his divisive attitude since his emergence as the Youth Leader of the community.
