Anambra Guber: PDP victory is assured, despite minor set backs – Ndubisi Nwobu

Nwajiuba launches Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA) in Jalingo

The Honorable Minister of State for Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba today in Jalingo, capital of Taraba State formally launched the Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA).  The Honorable Minister reiterated the commitment of the Buhari led administration to ensure that every child has access to education in Nigeria. He said though the programme was targeting the out of school children, it  also factors in the children of vulnerable.  Playing host, to the Honorable Minister, was the Executive Governor of Taraba State,  Arc. MORE TROUBLE FOR ROCHAS AS COURT ORDERS FINAL FORFEITURE OF ALL PROPERTIES GAZETTED IN IMO STATE WHITE PAPER

Justice Fred Njemanze of an Owerri High Court sitting as a vacation Judge, has order the final and absolutely forfeiture of royal palm springs and all properties contained in pages 226 to 272 of the Imo state Government white paper on recovery of lands and properties belonging to Imo state.  In his ruling the judge held that Senator Rochas failed to give concrete and verifiable reasons why a final and absolute forfeiture order should not be given in favour of Imo state. Recall that Senator Rochas Okorocha filed a preliminary injunction to stop the final forfeiture citing forceful eviction and that the suit by the Imo state Government was not properly Instituted. However Justice Njemanze held that the suit filed by Imo state Government was not only properly filled but was also a suplousage, as the white paper gazzette by the Imo state Government is a legal binding document. Nwajiuba visits Federal Goverment Colleges in Taraba, encourage staff to be more productive

The Honorable Minister of State for Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba in continuation of his Visit to Taraba, today visited the Federal Government Girls College and the Federal Science and Technical College, both in Jalingo, capital of Taraba State. The Honorable Minister who was on a working visit to the state, took off to the schools immediately after church service in the State capital. The Honorable Minister expressed delight at the cleanliness of the FGGC Jalingo, while urging the staff, management and students of the school not to rest on their oars, as they can't afford to trifle with the future of the country, vested in the youths, students of the school. He also visited the new permanent site of the FSTC Jalingo, he expressed his disappointment at the level of work done at the site. He immediately directed all staff of the school to move to the permanent site, while contractors have been warned to hastened and finish up work or face the full wrath of the law.

IMO NUMBER IS FREE AND NOT TARGETED AT TAXING PENSIONERS

The ongoing exercise for the registration  of all resident in Imo State leading to the issuance  of Imo Social Security Benefits Number (IMSSBN) has been misinterpreted by rumor mongers that Government plans to tax Pensioners. This falsehood as spread by the merchants of lies remains as fales as it was sold out. The issuance  of Imo Number is for everyone  resident in Imo and was established  by the State Government for statistical analysis in planning  purposes.  The law establishing  pension makes it clear that pension is not taxable, therefore it is an exhibition of ignorance by these Merchants to have propagated  falsehood to the public.  Based  on the elucidated, it has become  pertinent for clarification  that this is not a Pension verification  excercise; it is not a prerequisite for payment of pension or salary and no fee is charged. Anambra APC gets waiver for Ward Congress, Andy Uba remains our Guber Candidate – Basil Ejidike

Embattled former Governor of Imo states and Senator Representing Imo West in the National Assembly, Senator Rochas Okorocha, rattled by the recovery drive of the Imo State Government has filed over 120 cases in various courts across the nation, seeking to stop the Government from recovering stolen funds and assets.
