RE: IMO: UZODIMMA SPENT 28 DAYS BEGGING FOR PRESIDENTIAL VISIT

-PDP LESS OF AN OPPOSITION AND A PSEUDO- PARTY  It's out of respect for elders that I deemed it fit to respond to this referenced topic as written by one Ogu Bundu, a factional publicity secretary of the Mbutu social club of mbaise (PDP). As usual, I will try as much as I can to filter abusive words while driving home my points. However, it's expected that certain strong words would fly out inevitably owing to the falsehood propagated in the quoted content. It is rather absurd to continually contradicting oneself just to occupy a position in the media space. It's as well unfortunate that Ogu Bundu chose to surreptitiously feign ignorance of the duties, responsibilities and obligations of a Governor. The numerous unofficial and impotent international trips embarked upon by Hon. Emeka Ihedioha during his illegal occupation of Douglas House massages your ignorance, I guess! This obviously has transported you to a sphere where you repeatedly lie to yourself and your audience wi

THE HYPOCRISY AND BAREFACED LIES OF THE IHEDIOHA ADMINISTRATION

By Collins Ughalaa KSC  ●IHEDIOHA DID NOT ATTRACT ANY FUNDS FROM HIS NUMEROUS TRIPS ABROAD. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR LIES Since our exposure of the lies peddled by the PDP in Imo State yesterday, the gates of the party have been forced open. To defend their hypocrisy and barefaced lies they resorted to cooking up more lies.  Ihedioha did not attract any funds from his numerous trips abroad. You cannot put something on nothing. It will collapse. Imo State must count one before counting two. The claim that Ihedioha attracted billions of Naira for quality control of agricultural produce in the State is spurious. You cannot attract funds overseas to control the quality of what does not exist, what you did not produce. It beats the imagination that the PDP could claim that the former Governor attracted over N6bn for quality control of agricultural products when there was no produce in the first place. Don't take my word for it. Ask yourself: where are the produce? You have to produce bef

APGA Ward Chairmen Set to Join YPP

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) ward chairmen are concluding plans to dump the party for the Young Progressives Party (YPP) to support Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah in the upcoming November 6 Anambra State governorship election.  Mr. Eneh Victor Chigozie, of the AIF Media who spoke with one of the ward chairmen leading the discussion, reported that they are leaving APGA because of injustice, neglect and high-handedness of party leaders. The ward chairman said that it is annoying that the hijackers of APGA constituted the Campaign Organisation for their candidate, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, and made U-AYA and U-AWA members ward coordinators. His words: “Can you imagine that ward coordinators of Soludo campaign organization are U-AYA and U-AWA members. No ward chairman was deemed fit , to be made ward coordinator.” Another angry ward chairman lamented that they did the same thing during the governorship primary election in which they used U-AYA and U-AWA members to imperson

IMO OPPOSITION AND THE BURDEN OF NEGATIVE POPULISM

BY: SAM OSUJI Very recently, the mainstream and new media have been awash with negative stories essentially targeted at tarnishing the image of Imo State Government.  What many do not know is that government is the people and not about any individual. When negative stories fly against the state, the individuals in the state are also adversely affected, warts and all. So anyone rubbishing the state with the misguided intent that the name of Dist. Sen Hope Uzodinma will be mired is only rolling in the ash of myopia.  Simply put, any negative news about Imo State is a negative for its citizenry and its heritage. And indeed, no negative news story, in a manner of speaking will reduce the personal or political clout of the governor. The governor, essentially, is only but an individual and not the state.  The opposition in Imo should indeed be wary of what they post and what news they make. An assault on the state in the name of junk journalism is clearly an assault on Imolites,

APC Can't Rig Anambra Election - Ifeanyi Ubah

Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has once again maintained that APC does not have the capacity to rig election in Anambra state. He sent a note of warning to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the electoral umpire, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to desist from playing any game akin to what transpired in Imo State where Senator Hope Uzodinma, who finished fourth during the last governorship election, was declared winner. Senator Ifeanyi Ubah gave the warning during a media parley attended by representatives of various news media, both print and online. Speaking, he emphatically said: “APC wants to take Anambra by hook or crook,” adding that the party plans to repeat the “Supreme Court” scenario it played out in Imo State. Interestingly, Governor Uzodinma has been appointed the chairman of the Senator Andy Emmanuel Uba campaign organisation, the APC governorship election candidate. The chieftain stressed that the party did not conduct any primary election th

Imo N-PDP welcomes the ouster of Uche Secondus

......... Describes former National Chairman as the harbinger of one man stranglehold over PDP in Imo State The factional New PDP in Imo State has issued a statement welcoming the removal of Prince Uche Secondus as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party.  In a statement made available to journalists in Imo State, the N-PDP stated that the ouster of Secondus will open the Imo State PDP to broader participation by the silent majority of members of the party who has been excluded from party affairs since after the governorship primaries of the party in 2018. Detailing the bias of Secondus in handling the affairs of the party in Imo State, the N-PDP posited that it was under the direction of the former chairman that Chief Osita Chidoka was sent to Imo State to mismanage the three man delegate election of the party which saw to the removal of the authentic delegates and their illegal and fraudulent substitution with a fake list from a known ally of Secondus who went on to win
