The FCT High Court presided by Hon. Justice Origi has declined to the injunction filed to stop the Congress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State.
It was gathered that Senator Rochas Okorocha, allegedly acting in proxy via one Okay Anikwa, had approach the FCT High Court seeking an injunction to stop the APC Congress slated to begin this Saturday 31st July, 2021.
By this judgment, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State has been given clearance to progress with the Congress as scheduled.
