78.8% CAPITAL EXPENDITURE: GOV UZODIMMA DETERMINED TO DELIVER DIVIDENDS OF DEMOCRACY TO NDI IMO.

 


Inspite of the antics of his Political adversaries, Gov. Hope Uzodimma has continued to be a trailblazer in the delivery of dividends of democracy to Ndi Imo.


Under the 3R Government of Gov Hope Uzodimma, Imo State has continued to witness unprecedented infrastructural development, heathcare service delivery, agriculture, youth empowerment among others.


Putting the cards on the table and critically reviewing the 2023 budget proposal wherein infrastructural development took  78.8% of the budget, there is no better way to appreciate Gov. Hope Uzodimma other than to continue to support him in order deliver more to Imolites.


No one can be blind to the remarkable transformations that has happened to the road network infrastructures dotting the vast landscape in the state. This is owing to the fact that his administration saw to the increase of the internal generated revenue as never have been seen before in the state.


There is no gain saying the fact that Imo State would witness more robust infrastructural revolution come 2023 given the priority Gov. Hope Uzodimma’s administration has given to infrastructural development.

Tinubu Appoints Chioma Awuzie Substantive Rector, Fed Poly Oko

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie as the substantive Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State.  Dr. Awuzie's appointment, which takes effect immediately for a five-year term, follows the recommendation of the Polytechnic's Governing Council, chaired by Sen. Federal Polytechnic Oko Holds Two-Day Recruitment Interview to Address Staff Shortages

The Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, has begun a two-day interview exercise aimed at recruiting qualified personnel to fill vacant positions arising from staff retirements and other forms of exit from service. The exercise commenced on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and is being overseen by the Rector, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie, who personally announced the names of shortlisted candidates. Addressing the applicants, Dr. Awuzie cautioned that while many candidates were invited for the exercise, only a limited number would eventually be engaged, citing budgetary constraints facing the institution.
