The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared the federal constituency election for Njaba, Isu, Nwangele and Nkwerre (NINN) as inconclusive citing non conclusions of elections at Njaba LGA and other places as responsible.

Reading the address, the returning officer, Prof. Mrs. Rosita Ijeoma Ogechukwu said that in line with the relevant law of the electoral act, there will not be any result from the federal constituency pending when the election is conclusively concluded.

In order to separate fictitious numbers allegedly smuggled into the results sheet by the incumbent member, Hon. Ugonna Ozuruigbo (OZB), the commission declared the election inconclusive.
