IFEANYI UBAH, VISITS MAZI NNAMDI KANU IN DSS FACILITY, CALLS FOR UNITY OF PURPOSE TO RESOLVE SECURITY CHALLENGES IN THE SOUTH EAST



The duo of Senator Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah  and His Majesty, Eze Chukwuemeka Eri( Eze Akajiovo Igbo Nile) yesterday, 3rd August 2023, paid a visit to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (MNK) as part of the ongoing efforts by the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District to bring about a speedy resolution of the insecurity issues bedeviling the southeast region.


Senator Ubah, who was also accompanied on the trip by the Director-General of the Ifeanyi Ubah Foundation, Chief Vin Onyeka, was at the DSS facility in continuation of the series of interventions with other Igbo stakeholders, to ensure the release of Mazi Kanu from detention.


The visit was heralded by an earlier stop over at the Chambers of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's lawyer, Bar Ifeanyi Ejiofor,Esq.(KSC).


As narrated by Bar. Ejiofor on his official Facebook handle after the visit to Kanu, "the visit was unprecedented, as fruitful and productive discussions were exclusively held with Onyendu (MNK). During this visit, he stressed that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, reiterated his firm and unequivocal condemnation, and total cancellation of the senseless sit-at-home in the Southeast, hitherto enforced in the entire southeast states by the enemies of our people"


The conversation towards a safe, prosperous, and developed southeastern region continues to gain momentum as, Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah , remains unrelenting and resolute in driving this process.

Tension In Uruagu Nnewi As Community Leaders Dare Soludo,Defy Court Order

The President of Uruagu-Nnewi Development Union, Chief Sunday Okoli aka Organizer, and the Obi of Uruagu-Nnewi community in Nnewi North local government area of Anambra State, His Majesty Afamefuna Charles Obi, have swept Soludo's directive to the gutters, by reason of their suspension and subsequent dessolution of the leadership of the community's youth forum, led by Ejike Ifejiofor, and subsequent appointment of caretaker executive to pilot the affairs of youths in the community.
