IMO APC WELCOMES MR. PRESIDENT, SENATE PRESIDENT, APC NATIONAL CHAIRMAN, OTHERS TO GOV. HOPE UZODIMMA'S SECOND TERM SWEARING-IN CEREMONY

In a momentous celebration of democracy continuity, the All Progressives Congress, APC, Imo State, ably led by Hon. MacDonald Ebere, PhD, extends a warm and heartfelt welcome to our esteemed guests, distinguished patriots, party members, supporters, as well as men and women of goodwill to the historic swearing-in ceremony of His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma for his second term in office, scheduled for tomorrow  Monday, January 15, 2024.  This event marks not only a reaffirmation of our democratic values but also a testament of the people's appreciation of the unwavering commitment of Senator Hope Uzodimma to the progress and prosperity of Imo State.

We are however particularly honored and delighted to welcome President Bola Ahmad Tinubu, GCFR, and his entourage, the National Chairman, His Excellency, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, OFR, and the entire National Working Committee, NWC, of the party, as well as other distinguished guests, including the Senate President, Senator Godswil Akpabio, members of the National Assembly, state governors, Speakers, and Members of the State Houses of Assembly, captains of industry, high profile traditional rulers and the clergy to this event. Their collective presence underscores the enormous goodwill of Governor Hope Uzodimma, and the place of Imo in the national conversation.

As we gather to witness the swearing-in ceremony, we reflect on the achievements of Governor Hope Uzodimma's first term, characterized by transformative governance, infrastructure development, and social welfare initiatives. The APC, Imo State, expresses gratitude to the people for their continued support, recognizing that it is through unity and shared commitment that we can achieve sustained progress and development.

This symbolic epoch  event serves as an opportunity for the party to reiterate its dedication to the principles of transparency, accountability, and service to the people. The All Progressives Congress, Imo State, encourages all citizens to participate actively in the democratic process, fostering a sense of collective responsibility for the growth and prosperity of our great state.

We equally use this opportunity to extend, once again, our best wishes to His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma and his Deputy, Lady Chinyere Ekomaru, on the commencement of his second term.

It is therefore our prayers that this new beginning of Renewed Hope be marked by even greater achievements, unity among the people, and a shared vision for a prosperous Imo State.

AMB CHARLES NWONYE ATTENDS HON ERNEST N.OBIORA'S 46TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND 80TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION.

  The big celebration started with a High Mass lead by His Lordship Bishop Jonas Benson Okoye at St Vincent De Paul parish Uruagu Nnewi, in the mass were some dignitaries, amongst who were Dr Cletus Ibeto, His Royal Highness Igwe Kenneth Orizu ( Igwe Nnewi), Obi Uruagu his Highness Obi Charles Afamefuna Obi, Obi Nnewichi his Highness Obi George Onyekaba, Hon Chris Azubuogu, and among others. After the mass, the reception which was at Munic Classic Hotel where all dignitaries were entertained, Amb Charles Nwonye stayed briefly and left to visit and consult with the Umuada Anaedo Forum women at Obi Okpunoegbu to present his political ambition to the women.
