The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide has described Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State as an unsung hero who would be greatly missed when he leaves office. Ugwuanyi will be handing over to Governor-elect, Peter Mbah by May 29, after completing his second tenure in office. Addressing journalists in Enugu, the National President of the group, Mazi Okwu Nnabuike said Ugwuanyi had written his name in gold. While lamenting that Ugwuanyi was not much appreciated for his sterling performances as the Governor of the State, Okwu described him “as a silent achiever and unsung hero."
