NLEMIGBO WELCOMES FORMER COORDINATORS OF DESTINY ORGANIZATION INTO THE PARTY.




The state chairman, All Progressives Congress, APC, Prince Marcillinus O. Nlemigbo at the party's secretariate received in audience a group under the auspices of Great G27 otherwise known as Local Government Coordinators of Senator Ifeanyi Ararume's Destiny Organization led by Chief Sir ADC Uche who collapsed its structures across the wards of the 27 LGAs into the mainstream party.


Speaking on behalf of his colleagues, Chief Sir Uche expressed the resolution of his group to formally reaffirm their collective support and solidarity to the APC led government of His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, whom they discribed as a visionary and phenomenal servant leader whose commitment to reconstruct, rehabilitate and recover Imo State has earned him wide admiration and commendation.


According to him "as former Local Government Coordinators of Destiny Organization across the state, we are here to reaffirm our decision to join the party as true party men and women to support our dear governor, His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma".



He further maintained that their decision to join the governor was not influenced by any pecuniary consideration but a collective resolution of its members burne out of genuine interest and commitment to join hands with the party leadership to support the government of Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma.


Also speaking, Hon Peter Benson former coordinator Owerri North LGA, expressed fulfilment for the warm reception accorded to them as he further pledged the unflinching loyalty and solidarity of their members.


Speaking on behalf of the women forks, Chief Mrs Angela Akunna (Ada Ekwueziokwu) woman leader Owerri Municipal, assured the state chairman of the support of her women while pleading for inclusion of their supporters across the state in party activities and programmes.



In his response, the chairman of the party, Prince Barr. Marcillinus O. Nlemigbo while welcoming them expressed satisfaction with their decision to join hands with other party men and women to support the governor. 


He applauded them for the bold step to take their political destiny in their hands, he however assured them of maximum integration into the everyday activities and programmes of the party at all levels. 


Also speaking, the state secretary of the party Lady Love Ineh described the group as a responsible, disciplined, reliable and dependable political structure with enviable and bankable political tract record in the state.

Federal Polytechnic Oko Holds Two-Day Recruitment Interview to Address Staff Shortages

The Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, has begun a two-day interview exercise aimed at recruiting qualified personnel to fill vacant positions arising from staff retirements and other forms of exit from service. The exercise commenced on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and is being overseen by the Rector, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie, who personally announced the names of shortlisted candidates.
