This name, rooted in the Igbo language, translates to "the lion that guards the city" or "the lion that guides the nation." It draws inspiration from local culture and carries profound significance, embodying the concept of a protector—a steadfast guardian of the land. It symbolizes strength and resolve, reflecting a commitment to safeguarding the well-being of the homeland.

Agunechemba represents a significant commitment to ensuring that Ndi Anambra feels secure and cared for under the Soludo administration. The 0.01 % who are criminals cannot define the 99.1 % of us who are hardworking. With the establishment of Agunechemba, our people can rest assured that they can continue to live peacefully and confidently, engaging in learning, investment, work, leisure and enjoyment. Soludo has continuously shown dedication to achieving a safer and more secure homeland to address the long-standing issues of criminality in the state.

Agunechemba is a confidence-building strategy for Ndi Anambra. With a comprehensive understanding of the local terrain, language, culture, and history, this initiative will collaborate closely with established security agencies, town union leadership, and critical stakeholders to achieve overall community safety. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie as the substantive Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State. Tension In Uruagu Nnewi As Community Leaders Dare Soludo,Defy Court Order

The President of Uruagu-Nnewi Development Union, Chief Sunday Okoli aka Organizer, and the Obi of Uruagu-Nnewi community in Nnewi North local government area of Anambra State, His Majesty Afamefuna Charles Obi, have swept Soludo's directive to the gutters, by reason of their suspension and subsequent dessolution of the leadership of the community's youth forum, led by Ejike Ifejiofor, and subsequent appointment of caretaker executive to pilot the affairs of youths in the community.
