Trust Us Again, Anambra Police Re -assure Public of Commitment to Justice

The Anambra State Police Command has appealed to the public to trust them again, following the shocking escape of suspects involved in the gruesome murder of Hon. Justice Azuka. The command's Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, emphasized that the police cannot be the same people who risk their lives to arrest criminals and then sabotage the process.

Ikenga acknowledged that the police had earlier paraded the suspects for the public to see and are taking responsibility for the operational lapses that led to the escape. However, he assured that the main focus now is to re-arrest the suspects on the run, while also interrogating the officers involved in the lapses to face serious sanctions.

The police command has activated an operational plan to re-arrest the escaped suspects, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring justice for the late Hon. Justice Azuka. The public is urged to cooperate with the police and provide any useful information that can aid in the re-arrest of the suspects.

Tension In Uruagu Nnewi As Community Leaders Dare Soludo,Defy Court Order
