YPP Re-Strategizes for Future Challenges in Anambra, Vows to Remain a Force to Reckon With

The Young Progressives Party (YPP) yesterday held a one day sensitization workshop themed, "The Anambra of our Dream." Re-strategizing for a Better Future." The event which was held  at Hollywood Event Center in Awka the state capital of Anambra state, focused on re-strategizing and re-positioning the party, emphasizing party loyalty and unity among members 

The state leader of the YPP in the state, Dr. Chinedu Umeadi and the former candidate of the party for Anambra Central Senatorial District Election in 2023 general election, while delivering his keynote address urged members to remain steadfast and support the party's cause, while he expressed optimism about the party's future in Anambra's political landscape. He said that YPP today in Anambra that every suitor wants to court and asked them to up their game as 2025 is an election year. He called for more entrance into the party as it will help drive the message of open door which the party is known for.  

The National Secretary of the party, Bar Vidiyeno Bamaiyi who represented the National Chairman, Comrade Emmanuel Bishop Amakiri 
also shared the party's optimism in becoming a vibrant force in the coming months, driven by the zeal to win more seats and states, starting with Anambra.

The state Chairman of the party in Anambra, Mr. Moses Obi, while delivering his keynote address however expressed optimism that the party will remain a force to reckon with in Anambra's political landscape. He further said that "Today, we are gathered here to brainstorm and strategize on how to build the Anambra of our dreams. We discussed critical issues and explored innovative solutions to address them.

He said that the workshop was indeed a crucial step in their party's efforts to re-strategize and re-position themselves for the challenges ahead. "We believe that the future of our state belongs to us
and it is our responsibility to shape it. We must come together, share our vision and as well work towards a common goal." 

The workshop featured discussions on critical issues affecting the state, with participants exploring innovative solutions.

Despite some members of other political parties defecting to the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in support of Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo's re-election bid, the YPP remains committed to its ideals and vision for Anambra's future. 

Interestingly, YPP's chances in the upcoming election is however bright and with its re-strategization efforts underway, the YPP is poised to continue playing a significant role in Anambra's politics.

In his vote of thanks and address to party faithful that came for the workshop, the state Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Tyndale Oforbuike, said that the party's past successes, including Late Senator Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah's Senate win in 2019 and 2023, with the victories of the party in the state at securing 2 state house of assembly members and 2 federal house members as no mean feat demonstrating its potential for future victories. He also recounted that the YPP has gained prominence in the country, with seats in Akwa Ibom, Plateau, and Anambra.

Tension In Uruagu Nnewi As Community Leaders Dare Soludo,Defy Court Order
