Chris Uba loses against Senator Ifeanyi Ubah!

While we were at the Appeal court Abuja on the ongoing hearing of the appeal filed by Dr Senator Dr Ikemba Ifeanyi Ubah against the kangaroo judgement procured by Dr Obinna Uzoh at the Bwari area court, a news came from the Supreme court Abuja that the Apex court dismissed and struck out a case filed by Chief Chris Ubah, Eselu against the election of Ifeanyi Ubah.

This case started from the federal high court Awka after the election of Dr Ikemba Ifeanyi Ubah where Chief Chris Uba approached the court seeking an order of mandamus to prosecute the Dr Ifeanyi Ubah and Prof Umeh Nweke, the chief returning officer of the Anambra south senatorial election.

Having lost at the federal high court Awka, he proceeded to the Appeal court and lost and finally headed to the Supreme court where the panel led by Justice Ngwuta this afternoon struck out the case.

Chris Uba should accept that he lost the Anambra south senatorial election at the polling units. All attempts to use the courts to thwart the will of ndi Anambra south senatorial zone will continue to fail.

In another development, the Appeal court Abuja has adjourned to March 12, 2020 to continue the hearing on an appeal filed by Dr Ikemba Ifeanyi Ubah against the crooked judgement of Bwari area court.
