Young Nigerian Voices Pay Sallah Homage to New National Coordinator

In a gesture of unity and solidarity, the Borno State Chapter of Young Nigerian Voices paid a Sallah homage to their new National Coordinator, Hon. Usman Ali Audu, in Maiduguri, Borno State, on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

Led by the Borno State Coordinator and North East Zonal Coordinator, Hon. Alhaji Mustapha Umar, the delegation was warmly received by Hon. Usman Ali. During the meeting, Hon. Mustapha Umar conveyed Sallah greetings to Hon. Usman Ali, acknowledging his leadership and pioneering efforts in the state.

Hon. Usman Ali expressed his delight with the visit and elaborated on the organization's mission, pledging support and encouraging EXCO members to continue their good work. He also emphasized the importance of registering new members according to their working capabilities to ensure subsequent support.

The visit also recognized the exceptional leadership and commitment of Hon. Barr. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, who has demonstrated a strong dedication to promoting unity and supporting vulnerable communities across Nigeria. Young Nigerian Voices commended Nwajiuba for his selfless act, praising his generosity and leadership.

The event concluded with a prayer for peace and stability in Borno State and Nigeria at large. The visit underscores the organization's commitment to unity, kindness, and generosity, as evident in their recent Easter giveaway proposal to the Christian community across Nigeria.

Tension In Uruagu Nnewi As Community Leaders Dare Soludo,Defy Court Order

The President of Uruagu-Nnewi Development Union, Chief Sunday Okoli aka Organizer, and the Obi of Uruagu-Nnewi community in Nnewi North local government area of Anambra State, His Majesty Afamefuna Charles Obi, have swept Soludo's directive to the gutters, by reason of their suspension and subsequent dessolution of the leadership of the community's youth forum, led by Ejike Ifejiofor, and subsequent appointment of caretaker executive to pilot the affairs of youths in the community. The Anambra governor had, through a letter dated August 9, 2024, signed by the Permanent Secretary, Anambra State Ministry of Youth Development, Dr. Martin Agbili, warned the community leaders to stay any action regarding suspension of the Uruagu-Nnewi youth forum.
