The remains of former President Muhammadu Buhari were laid to rest in his residence in Daura, Katsina state Tuesday evening at a solemn ceremony witnessed by President Bola Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, members of the late president’s family, close relatives, the Emir of Daura, top government officials, political party representatives, and members of the diplomatic corps. The Anambra State Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has unveiled a strategic initiative to strengthen the operations of certified driving schools and enhance transparency in the issuance of driver’s licenses. Led by the Sector Commander, Corps Commander Joyce Nnennaya Alexander, the initiative seeks to improve public awareness, discourage the use of substandard training institutions, and reinforce the integrity of the National Driver’s License Scheme (NDLS). In partnership with the Driving School Proprietors Association of Anambra State, the FRSC has produced banners displaying the names of all FRSC-certified driving schools. These banners will be prominently placed at all Driver’s License Centres across the state.
