Prof. Kate Azuka Omenugha Confirmed as Substantive Vice Chancellor of COOU

In a landmark development for Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Prof. Kate Azuka Omenugha has been officially confirmed as the substantive Vice Chancellor of the institution.

Expressing profound joy over the confirmation, Prof. Omenugha described the moment as not merely a personal milestone but a collective victory and a renewed call to service. She pledged unwavering commitment to the transformation of COOU into a globally competitive academic institution.
